1. How do I create an online account?
Visit www.mheyecare.us and click “Account” (upper right hand corner of the page). Then, select “Create Account”. Please complete all required information to register.
2. How do I edit my account information?
Once logged into your account, you will have the opportunity to change your address and/or add alternative addresses. You will also be able to edit emails, contact information, and any other information under “Account Settings”.
3. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Account” in the upper right hand corner of the website and select “Forgot password?” This will prompt an email to be sent to the email you used to register your account. The email will explain how to reset your password. If you are still unable to access your account, please call us at 1-800-858-9395.
4. I need a copy of my invoice/receipt.
Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to print invoices from our website. Please contact our finance department at 1-800-858-9395 to request a copy of your invoice.
