How do I check my order status?
Please login to your online account and click on the “Orders” tab. From there, you will see the status of your order as either:
Awaiting Fulfillment - The order was placed and the production team is working on completing your order.
Shipped - Our production team fulfilled and shipped your order.
Refunded - Your order was refunded after a conversation between the customer and our team.
Has my order shipped?
Once logged into your account, under the “Orders” tab, you will see all orders with updated statuses. If your status is marked as “Shipped”, our production team has shipped your order, and UPS tracking information should be listed.
How do I track my order?
Once logged into your account, under the “Orders” tab you will see your recent orders. Click the order you want to track, and the tracking number(s) will be listed. After clicking on the tracking number(s), you will be redirected to UPS’ website with the estimated scheduled arrival date listed.
